Lucas Poblete
Plant Metallurgist and Head of Laboratory
Metallurgical Civil Engineer from the Federico Santa María Technical University. He is currently studying a Master in Business Management at the same University.
His work at Minera Tres Valles began in 2018 as an R&D Metallurgist, working in its Chemical-Metallurgical laboratory and aiding in the development of metallurgical tests associated with chloride leaching as well as seeking out overall operational improvements.
In 2020, he began working as a Plant Metallurgist, where he prepared metallurgical balances, monthly performance reports, statistical controls and KPIs.
Since August 2022, he has been working simultaneously as Plant Metallurgist and Head of the Laboratory. He leads the area of research and development of metallurgical projects, as well as the processing of samples for quality purposes and operations.
