* Eduardo Hasan, Metallurgical Superintendent of the Tres Valles project, finds it within his responsibilities to develop short-term, mid-term and long-term plans for the production of cathodes at the plant as well as control the quality of said cathodes. He also directs the area of Research and Development at the mine.
* He has participated in mining projects such as Lomas Bayas, where he held a position in Metallurgical Development, and El Tesoro mine where he worked as shift manager until eventually moving up to the head of metallurgy and plant management. He has also been employed both nationally and internationally as a technical consultant in regard to various mining processes.
* Mining Engineer with an emphasis in Extractive Metallurgy from the University of Chile. He received an MBA from the business school of the same university while also gaining his minor in Mining Business Management from the Universidad Católica del Norte.
